What I collect

Your email address, the book you voted for, and the idea you optionally write. As proof of consent, the email service also records the date and the IP address from which you confirmed.

Why

To send you the free coloring page, count your vote, tell you the result, and let you know when new books come out and occasionally about offers. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Who processes it for me

MailerLite, the email service I use to collect your address and send the emails (see its privacy policy). Your data may be processed on its servers. I don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long

Until you unsubscribe. If you don't open any email for 24 months, I delete the address.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and withdrawing consent at any time (unsubscribe link in each email, or write to bv.selfpublisher@gmail.com). You can complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
